Each year, the Topdrill team looks forward to giving back to the community that supports us. As Christmas approaches, our focus turns to those who may be doing it tough during the holiday season — especially women and children seeking safety at Finlayson House, the Goldfields Women’s Refuge.
What began several years ago as a simple idea has now become one of our most meaningful annual traditions. Instead of exchanging Secret Santa gifts within our team, our staff choose to donate presents, essential items, and personal-care packs to local women and children escaping domestic and family violence.
This year, we are proud to continue that tradition.
A Community Effort with Real Impact
Finlayson House plays a critical role in our region, providing emergency accommodation, support services, and a safe place for women and children during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. The team at the refuge has shared, time and again, how important community contributions are — especially during Christmas, when demand is high, and the emotional toll can be even greater.
The gifts donated by our staff help ensure that every woman and child spending Christmas at the refuge receives something personal, thoughtful, and joyful. These small moments of care can mean the world to someone rebuilding their life.
