Pre-Employment Checks
We conduct medical, reference, and compliance checks to ensure candidates meet our safety & operational standards. Depending on the role, specific additional assessments may apply.
If successful, employment training, onboarding, and mobilisation will take place at Topdrill HQ located in Kalgoorlie WA. All Topdrill employees are required to complete our Topdrill 101 training prior to commencing operations. This intensive training has been specifically designed by our in-house team to ensure all team members are fully equipped and prepared before leaving for site. This is just another way Topdrill delivers outstanding results for our team and our clients.
