Every new recruit starts with our induction program Topdrill 101. It sets clear expectations, instills a safety-first mindset, and lays down the foundations of life on a drill rig. From day one, our people know what is expected – and how to deliver our drill programs safely and effectively on site.

Hands-On Training: Keeping the gears turning

Behind every great drill rig is a skilled maintenance crew. Our apprenticeship programs for drill fitters, auto electricians, and boilermakers offer hands-on learning with seasoned mentors. It’s how we keep our fleet running smoothly and our people growing.
